We were asked to clean up the current Chamber Master data and then export the data on a monthly basis into QuickBooks Online. Before we were involved, the financial books in SAGE and Chamber Master data did not sync and the Chamber of Commerce was not able to get timely monthly reports for their board meetings. We needed a solution that no longer required manually entering the data into the financial books and we needed to help our customer understand Chamber Master so the data would be clean. Our solution was to create a process manual for the administrative assistant so we could achieve consistency. Next we manually cleaned up Chamber Master so they could use the Accounts Receivable report and collect on customer payments. Then we decided to use SassAnt as our import app into QBO. And lastly, we connected our customer with SmartVault and Hubdoc so we get documents in a timely fashion and they get their financial reports on time for the monthly board meetings. Now that’s a win win!!
If your Chamber of Commerce is using Chamber Master and finding the bookkeeping to be tedious and expensive, give us a call. Our pricing is very competitive due to removing the manual component.
