Our non profit customer had a problem: they had a board of volunteers that changes every year and requires dual signatures on cheques. Getting the two volunteers together to sign semi monthly payroll cheques was an issue. We set them up on Telpay (a Canadian company out of Winnipeg) which allows the two authorized signers to email their authorization. It’s a great solution when two people need to sign cheques. We process the payroll and input the direct deposit values, then Telpay emails them for their approvals, we receive 2 approval codes and finalize the transaction and their employees receive a direct deposit. No more chasing signatures and no more delivering cheques. Now it’s on time every time without the headaches.
